Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to apply from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
