Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Able to explain observations with concise, evidence-based reasoning.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion problems, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing explicit explanations of what was seen or heard in English.
