Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what went wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, then providing a clear explanation. This role supports AI systems improvement and offers flexible, remote work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Willingness to work remotely from multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear outputs are.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or misalignment.
• Writing a concise explanation in English describing what was observed.
