Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote schedule. You will rate and explain how AI outputs compare to prompts, rate naturalness, and assess videos, images, and audio with careful attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities include live conversations with AI voice models, evaluating image/video pairs, and providing written explanations in English. This is a flexible, remote opportunity with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/review content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio not matching the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
