Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off or incorrect, helping improve AI performance in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speakers with strong written communication and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read, listen, and explain AI outputs clearly in writing.
• Comfortable with evaluating AI-generated media and providing evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was seen or heard and why.
