Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere in the world, with fully remote and flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off or sounded wrong.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation team, you’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, earning up to $18 per hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. This is a remote, participant-friendly role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted visuals or audio misalignment and explain findings in writing.
