Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model. You will compare AI-created images and videos, rate how well they follow prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems reason and learn. You will review outputs, provide explanations, and earn up to $18 per hour with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Ability to review AI-generated media with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely on a flexible schedule.
• Experience in evaluating or reviewing media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, mismatches, and artifacts.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing what was off for each exchange.
