Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot errors like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
