Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your feedback helps shape how frontier AI systems reason and improve, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs worth $200+/month.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking perceived naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
