Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare images and videos for adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent written English with keen eye for detail.
• Ability to articulate what’s off in AI outputs clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable evaluating images, videos and audio outputs.
• Able to work independently with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observable issues.
