Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

You’ll rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, providing concise, evidence-based explanations. Earn up to $18 per hour with additional incentives, and get free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, with concrete examples.
• Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
