You will combine legal tech expertise with consulting and implementation experience to deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and drive innovation across legal operations.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, legal technology fluency, and the ability to manage multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in enterprise software implementation, preferably legal tech.
• Experience with AI-powered legal tools and SaaS deployments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify client pain points and design implementation plans for CoCounsel Legal.
• Produce project costings and statements of work; manage delivery timelines.
• Deliver onboarding and training with practical AI use cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Professional Services.
