Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, transformation, or complex AI delivery.
• Experience leading customer engagements within scope, timelines, and commercial expectations.
• Experience assessing workflows and contributing to targeted workflow changes.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management across multiple groups.
• Analytical ability to interpret evidence and define actionable next steps.
• Understanding of change, adoption, AI capabilities, and responsible-use in workflows.
• Clear communication and collaborative cross-functional delivery.
