Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Principal AI Transformation Consultant in Professional Services to lead AI-enabled workflow redesigns and adoption strategies for CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters solutions. You will partner with senior leaders, Sales, AI engineers, enablement, and product teams from discovery through rollout, delivering measurable value and sustained adoption.

The role requires extensive experience in transformation consulting, strong executive advisory skills, and the ability to shape

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
10+ years in professional services, management consulting, transformation consulting, or complex AI delivery.
Experience leading complex workflow redesign and measurable customer outcomes.
Ability to advise executives, structure ambiguity, and translate strategy into practical plans.
Commercial judgment in shaping opportunities, scoping work, and estimating effort.

Responsibilities

Lead complex transformation engagements from discovery through value realization.
Advise senior leaders on AI-enabled workflows and required changes to roles, skills, and controls.
Shape transformation opportunities from early discovery to delivery planning with Sales and specialist teams.
Own critical decisions on scope, tradeoffs, and customer commitments.
Set adoption strategy and diagnose barriers to ensure value realization.
Collaborate with AI engineers to turn technical possibilities into real workflow changes.
