We are seeking a Learning Experience Lead to turn business and learning goals into effective educational solutions and to mentor other designers. The role emphasizes designing courses in fast-changing AI domains, measuring outcomes, and continuously improving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on instructional design experience in IT education.
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end educational products or courses from concept to launch.
• Strong AI literacy with practical use of AI in research and design.
• Ability to design learning solutions in ambiguous, fast-changing domains, especially AI.
• Experience mentoring peers and raising instructional design quality across a team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of learning experiences—from identifying opportunities to measuring outcomes.
• Design complete courses from scratch, especially in emerging AI domains where playbooks don’t exist.
• Leverage AI as a core part of the instructional design workflow—from research to content creation and iteration.
• Define success metrics, instrument and analyze results, and iterate based on learner outcomes.
• Mentor other Learning Experience Designers to raise the team’s overall quality and capability.
• Identify and improve ineffective instructional design patterns and establish scalable best practices.
