Job summary
TripleTen is seeking a senior ML engineering educator to host live sessions, review student ML deliverables, and set the technical bar for instructors. You will guide students through design and evaluation of AI systems and provide real engineering feedback.
The role emphasizes hands-on production experience, strong communication, and teaching sessions for a US-based audience. Remote, with US-friendly hours.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional ML engineering experience at senior level or above.
- Built and shipped AI/ML systems that ran in production.
- Depth across AI engineering spine: agentic systems, orchestration, eval, observability.
- Ability to explain modeling/architectural decisions and critique peer work live.
- Strong technical communication and ability to lead live sessions and provide review feedback.
- Strong English (C1+) for instruction and review in a US-based audience.
- Comfort using AI tools in daily technical work.
Responsibilities
- Host live sessions focused on ML system design (agentic architectures, orchestration, evaluation, reliability).
- Run group office hours, 1:1 sessions, and tech mock interviews for student projects.
- Review student projects against rubrics.
- Set technical standards for instructors and act as escalation point.
