The role balances strategy with execution, partnering with stakeholders across the business to scale learning initiatives, apply data-informed decisions, and responsibly harness AI to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading instructional design, learning experience design, content development, or enablement teams.
• Proven ability to design and develop learning solutions across formats.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies.
• Experience managing portfolios, intake, prioritization, and resources.
• Experience establishing design standards and scaling content development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
