Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer for a remote role across the United States.

You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity, partnering with business and IT leaders to connect data across domains. The position leads ontologies, data models, and a scalable semantic layer, enabling analytics, AI, and operational use cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including data or data platform products.
• Proven ability to lead teams or programs enterprise-wide.
• Experience owning products end-to-end with strategy, roadmap, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Translate business concepts into scalable data models and products.
• Drive adoption and value delivery through connected semantic data assets.
• Collaborate with data engineering, EA, and AI/ML teams to implement solutions.
• Mentor and grow a team of product managers.
