Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing onboarding or solutions roles at a SaaS company.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain English and on camera.
• Experience with AI or LLM-based products preferred.
• Strong time-management with multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation calls for your portfolio of accounts.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive onboarding milestones and go-live timelines.
• Coach real estate teams on best practices and workflows.
• Feed field notes back to improve the playbook.
