Fello is seeking a customer-focused Onboarding/Implementation Lead to drive onboarding and implementation for a portfolio of real estate teams using Felix, our AI-powered platform. You will lead calls, coordinate with Solution Engineers, and ensure timely go-lives and successful handoffs, while coaching customers through change and building trust with busy operators.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS onboarding or delivery roles, experience with AI-based products, and deep real estate

Qualifications

3+ years of customer-facing implementation experience in onboarding, Implementation Delivery Lead, Onboarding Specialist, or Solutions roles at a SaaS company.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation calls for your portfolio of accounts; own the room, plan, and outcome with SEs involved as needed.
Drive timelines to go-live and key milestones (Time to Go Live, Time to 10DLC submission, Time to First Hand-off, etc.).
Own the Managed phase ensuring leads are flowing, handoffs happening, and appointments booking.
Direct deployment, configuration, and integration work through Solution Engineering while owning quality and timelines.
Feed field notes back into the playbook to improve future implementations.
