Job summary

Seez is expanding in the US with a Lithia partnership. As an Implementation Specialist, you will deploy AI-powered solutions at dealership sites across the US, lead onboarding, configure systems to fit dealership workflows, and train staff.

You’ll establish US deployment methodologies and ensure smooth adoption, collaborating with account management and product teams. You will travel up to 50% for on-site deployments and training, with a focus on scalable, documented processes and customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation or related roles.
• Proven software deployments in enterprise settings.
• Experience with CRM/DMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate with onboarding, product, and tech teams.
• Develop and document US-market implementations processes.
• Configure platforms to meet dealership requirements and workflows.
• Deliver remote and on-site training sessions.
