Podium in Lehi, UT is seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise AI solutions in the automotive sector. You will lead a team delivering AI-enabled outcomes for dealer groups, translating strategic priorities into practical roadmaps and measurable results.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, manage multi-location deployments, and ensure customer retention and growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise client engagements in management consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and ability to drive ROI through AI-enabled solutions.
• Understanding of AI capabilities and their application to business workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team serving Podium’s enterprise automotive customers, setting priorities and ensuring adoption and growth.
• Advise dealer group executives on where AI can improve operations and translate priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Oversee AI deployments across multiple locations, coordinating with onboarding and technical teams.
• Build the business case for AI with data-driven performance reviews and measurable results.
• Own retention and growth across the portfolio, identifying risks and coordinating expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
• Develop repeatable discovery methods and rollout playbooks to scale practices across automotive groups.
• Travel 15%–20% for customer engagements, onsite sessions, and executive meetings.
