Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure solutions to each rooftop using dealer workflows.
• Validate data flow across systems before go-live.
• Train non-technical dealership staff to full adoption.
• Manage project timeline and stakeholders for go-live.
• Troubleshoot live issues and reproduce steps.
• Write runbooks and SOPs for repeatable deployments.
• Provide feedback from field to product.
