Job summary

DealerOn is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape product direction for automotive dealership SaaS solutions. You will lead AI-driven initiatives, prototype concepts with dealers, and collaborate with UX and engineering to validate ideas.

You will balance customer needs with technical feasibility, drive feature prioritization, define success metrics, and partner across teams to deliver high-impact product releases in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years SaaS product management experience in Agile environments.
• Technical product management with understanding of how websites are built and rendered.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build prototypes and accelerate product work.
• Experience defining AI-powered features with success criteria and evaluating output quality.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, requirements, and KPI skills for full product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap around company goals and customer needs.
• Prioritize features using market trends, research, and product data.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and vision.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, CS, Support, and Operations.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, and retention.
