Podium in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Senior Manager to lead enterprise AI solutions for automotive customers. You will direct a team, partner with dealer group executives, and set an adoption roadmap to drive measurable revenue impact.

This role blends executive advisory with hands-on leadership, requiring strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale AI deployments across locations. Travel 15-20% and remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise client engagements in management consulting, technology transformation, enterprise solutions, or customer success.
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams with clear accountability for customer or business results.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, able to present to senior decision makers.
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities and applying AI to business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team serving Podium’s enterprise automotive customers, setting priorities and ensuring adoption and growth.
• Advise dealer group executives on AI opportunities and translate priorities into practical milestones and measures.
• Oversee AI deployments across multiple locations, coordinating readiness, rollout, and training.
• Build the business case for AI and demonstrate ROI through executive reviews and data.
• Own retention and growth across the portfolio, identifying risks and coordinating with Sales on expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize recurring problems and scale best practices across automotive groups.
• Develop repeatable discovery methods, rollout playbooks, and scalable reporting.
• Travel 15% to 20% for customer engagements and executive meetings.
