Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance.
• Designing and implementing governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls including attestation and exception management.
• Establish governance roles, responsibilities and an operating model that connects business, risk, legal and technology.
• Set clear managed-state criteria that define when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant.
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into practical, executable processes and guiding stakeholders through rollout.
