Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks an Accounting Manager to own key areas of the monthly close, drive SOX controls, and deploy AI-enabled tools for a faster, more accurate finance function. The role leads a small team and collaborates with Engineering, Product, Sales and Legal to ensure accurate reporting.

You should have 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, a CPA, and deep knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 350-40) with a track record of process improvement in a high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required (or actively pursuing).
• 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly and quarterly close for assigned areas.
• Oversee SOX controls and liaise with external auditors.
• Lead AI-enabled tooling deployment to accelerate close and improve accuracy.
• Manage and develop a small team of accountants (1-2 Senior Accountants).
• Prepare management variance analysis and close-related reporting.
