CodePath is hiring a remote Mentor to coach and guide AI Fellows. You will support a portfolio of pods, ensuring clarity of problems, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions across diverse host organizations.

This role emphasizes coaching, feedback, and curriculum delivery in a fast-growing, impact-focused program. You will work across time zones in the US, coordinating with the AI Practice Lead and Anthropic instructors to drive fellows’ professional growth and project

Competenze

• 2–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, IT, data, or technical program management.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools and workflows.
• Strong coaching or people-development experience with concrete examples.
• Experience working across stakeholders to understand problems and adopt new ways of working.

Mansioni

• Coach roughly 20 pods of fellows across host organizations full-time.
• Lead weekly 1:1s and document progress, challenges, and successes.
• Provide structured feedback on fellows' work and deliver milestone reviews.
• Deliver curriculum and co-lead assessments with Anthropic instructors.
