Job summary

CodePath is seeking a remote Mentor for its Claude Corps program to guide a portfolio of pods. You will coach fellows through ambiguity, help translate AI-enabled work into tangible organizational outcomes, and collaborate with host organizations and a Curriculum team.

As a full-time W2 employee, you will manage roughly twenty pods across multiple host sites, conduct weekly 1:1s, and participate in milestone reviews with senior leadership.

Qualifications

2-5 years of professional experience in technically adjacent roles.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows.
Strong coaching, mentorship, or people-development experience.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Carry ~20 pods full-time, spanning 8-12 host organizations.
Lead weekly 1:1s and document progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Coach fellows through ambiguity, ensuring problem clarity and stakeholder buy-in.
Provide structured feedback on plans, roadmaps, architectures, and deliverables.
Lead milestone reviews and synthesize outcomes for leadership.
