Break Through Tech is seeking several subject matter experts to partner with program staff in delivering a first-of-its-kind 16‑week AI-Powered Entrepreneurship program for up to 500 undergraduates. Coaches will guide teams through customer interviews, MVP testing, and pitching, using Lean Startup methods and AI tools, in a fully remote environment.

You will facilitate live virtual events, support venture teams, provide feedback, and participate in weekly practice meetings with other staff.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, advising, mentoring Lean Startup, customer discovery, Design Thinking, entrepreneurship, or similar methodologies.
• Knowledge of customer discovery, hypothesis-driven experimentation, MVP development, value propositions, and business model development.
• Ability to coach multidisciplinary teams and provide constructive, specific feedback without taking ownership of the venture.
• Comfortable working with early-stage ideas with uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research, analysis, or product development.

Responsabilités

• Event Preparation and Facilitation (50%)—Design and lead short concept reviews for Workshops and Maker Days; manage the culminating Flagship Event and team formation; track attendance and survey completion.
