Job summary

CodePath seeks an AI Mentor to coach early‑career fellows across a national Claude Corps program, guiding up to 40 fellows across 16–24 host organizations. You will help fellows solve real AI problems, navigate stakeholders, and translate technical work into impact for nonprofits.

This 100% remote role offers $110,000 to $124,500 per year, benefits, PSLF eligibility, and the opportunity to shape AI education initiatives at a leading EdTech nonprofit partner of Anthropic.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in software/AI roles
• Coaching or mentoring experience with concrete examples
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders to drive adoption

Responsibilities

• Carry roughly 20 pods (up to 40 fellows across 16–24 host organizations) full‑time
• Facilitate weekly 1:1s and document progress
• Coach fellows through ambiguous projects and identify next steps
• Give structured feedback on project plans, architecture, and deliverables
• Help fellows strengthen professional skills: communication and stakeholder management
• Lead Day 30/90/180/270 milestone reviews
