CodePath is seeking a full-time Mentor for Claude Corps, a nationwide AI fellowship program run with Anthropic. You will coach a portfolio of pods, help fellows navigate organizations, and ensure successful AI-enabled solutions. Strong coaching and organizational skills are essential for guiding early-career fellows through ambiguity and stakeholder management.

Role reports to the AI Practice Lead, Claude Corps. Start date by February 8th, with cohort launch on March 8th.

Qualifications

• Coaching and mentorship skills.
• Program management and scheduling.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coach roughly 20 pods (up to 40 fellows across 16–24 host organizations) full-time.
• Facilitate weekly 1:1s and document progress.
• Lead milestone reviews and provide structured feedback on work.
