Job summary

CAI is seeking a motivated AI Experience Designer to advance human-centered AI interaction experiences, including prompts workflows, feedback loops, and AI-enabled tools. The role is full-time and remote.

You will own end-to-end design for agentic AI systems, collaborate with Applied AI Architects and cross-functional teams, and create artifacts like wireframes and journey maps to drive adoption and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or related human-centered discipline.
• Experience designing AI powered or AI augmented products/workflows.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for large language models.
• Strong systems thinking for multi-step AI workflows and human-AI interaction models.

Responsibilities

• Design the interaction layer for AI systems including prompts workflows, feedback loops, escalation paths and human override mechanisms.
• Own end-to-end UX for agentic AI systems and AI-augmented workflows from concept through deployment.
• Translate AI architecture into intuitive user experiences that drive adoption across business users.
• Collaborate with Applied AI Architects and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with real-world workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate use cases, and test interaction models.
• Develop onboarding experiences and adoption pathways for AI enablement across the organization.
• Create design artifacts such as wireframes, journey maps, and workflow diagrams.
