Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to guide multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of Human-Centered Design and Agentic AI, shaping next-generation human-AI collaboration through design leadership and rapid prototyping.

You will mentor designers, drive production-ready output, and apply AI-enabled design principles across projects to deliver intuitive, trustworthy experiences with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of interactive visual design experience in digital products.
• Minimum of 2 years leading design initiatives and teams.
• Minimum of 2 years with visual design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; AI design tools and visualization tools.
• Minimum of 2 years building scalable design systems for consistency across products.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX or related field (or 12+ years experience); Associate’s requires 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Shape visual design direction from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Solve ambiguous problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visuals across brands, systems, and interfaces for multiple clients.
• Design agent-delivered multimodal experiences to boost adoption and usability.
• Own your workstream and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting and production; share best practices.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, SMEs, and domain experts to create intuitive enterprise AI experiences.
• Engage stakeholders with clear design rationale and build your voice as a creative leader.
• Mentor team members and help grow their skills.
