Job summary

Accenture seeks a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to guide multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of design, information visualization, and agentic AI. You will shape experiences balancing intelligence, trust, and business impact while mentoring colleagues across AI and data disciplines.

Travel may be required; you will design with emerging AI tools, ensure usability, and collaborate with clients to deliver human-centered agentic interfaces that scale across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interactive visual design used in digital products.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading design initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with visual design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design and other AI design tools.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building scalable design systems for visual consistency.
• Bachelor's degree in UX design or related field (minimum 12 years of work experience if no degree).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on projects from concept through delivery.
• Work through ambiguity to solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visual design work across brand identities, design systems, typography, digital experiences, and human-AI interfaces.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences to drive user adoption and enhance capabilities.
• Take ownership of your workstream and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools in your workflow to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, scientists, and domain experts to advance enterprise AI experiences.
• Engage stakeholders with clear design rationale and grow as a trusted creative voice.
• Mentor team members to grow skills and apply best practices.
