Accenture is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to drive the next generation of human-AI collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. You’ll shape visual design direction, craft multimodal experiences, and mentor designers while collaborating with AI engineers, SMEs, and clients to deliver empathetic, trusted, and impactful human-AI solutions.

Role involves owning design decisions, producing production-ready work, and evolving AI-enabled design practices.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in interactive visual design for digital products.
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading design initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with visual design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design or similar tools.
Experience building scalable design systems ensuring visual consistency across products.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and shape visual design direction from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and brand cohesion.
Solve abstract problems through design to imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
Produce high-quality visual design across brand identities and digital interfaces.
Design agentic AI experiences with strong craft and attention to detail across visual outputs.
Own workstreams and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
Incorporate AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production; promote AI-enabled workflows.
