Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to work with multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of Human-Centered Design, Information Visualization, Interaction Design, and Agentic AI Experience Design. The role translates complex AI capabilities into intuitive, empathetic user experiences across multiple industry sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of interactive visual design for digital products.
• 2+ years leading design initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
• 2+ years using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design, Tableau or D3.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/graphic design or 6+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on projects from concept through delivery.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visual design work across brand identities, design systems, typography, digital experiences, and agentic interfaces.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences that drive user adoption and trust.
• Hands-on and self-directed: own your workstream and deliver production-ready output.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production; contribute to AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, scientists, and domain experts to advance enterprise AI experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate design rationale and grow as a creative voice in human-AI design.
• Mentor and support team members in day-to-day work.
