Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain issues in writing from home on a flexible schedule.

You’ll compare parallel AI-generated media, assess accuracy, and provide concise, evidence-based feedback. This 1099 role offers weekly payments and access to leading LLMs, with earnings up to $15/hour depending on project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, everyday conversations and thinking on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing clear English explanations for what was observed.
