Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, rate fidelity to prompts, and explain observed issues in writing, all from home and on a flexible schedule.

Work is remote on a 1099 contract basis. Earn up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs, plus additional incentives for high performance and missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions or audio/video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
