Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing outputs, and explaining what’s off.

You’ll rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity, write concise explanations, and help improve frontier AI systems from anywhere with flexible hours.

This freelance 1099 role pays up to $15 per hour with weekly payments; no minimum hours, and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain evaluations clearly in writing.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Writing concise explanations of the evaluation highlighting observed issues.
