Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write concise explanations of what looked or sounded off. Remote work offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to frontier AI research.

Earn up to $15/hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Prior experience in writing concise analyses is helpful, and a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify details.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Willingness to work remotely and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing English explanations that point to observed issues.
