Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote contributors to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Earn up to $15 per hour with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Applicants from listed countries can apply, with rates varying by expertise and project needs. Free access to leading LLMs is included. Work is 1099 contract and remote, with opportunities to earn incentives through missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication for everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable making decisive judgments when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or text/audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
