Job summary

Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what’s off in written form. This remote role offers flexible hours and compensation up to $15/hr, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

You’ll evaluate outputs for accuracy, realism, and adherence to prompts, providing concise explanations to improve AI performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in conversation.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
