Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Flexible hours and the ability to work from home or while traveling are offered.

Earn up to $15 per hour, paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with international eligibility and access to leading LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing English explanations.
