Job summary

Outlier is hiring for a remote role where you review AI-generated media and rate how well outputs align with prompts. You will assess live conversations with AI voice models and compare paired images/videos, providing concise explanations in writing.

Earn up to $15 per hour on a flexible schedule, with weekly payments via ACH/PayPal/AirTM. This freelance contract role supports your ability to work from home or while traveling, and includes free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in a natural conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI-generated images for the same prompt and pick the better one, judging instruction-following and visual quality.
• Video evaluations: rank AI-generated videos against a text prompt or edited versions against their source.
