Outlier offers a remote, flexible, contract-style opportunity to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong attention to detail. The role includes paid weekly, access to leading LLMs, and incentive-based earnings up to $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and the ability to listen closely and replay for accuracy.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
