Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off. Work remotely on your own schedule and earn hourly pay up to $15, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

This role involves detailed assessment of AI outputs, identifying issues such as misalignment or artifacts, and providing clear, written explanations to help improve model performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain issues.
• Comfortable working remotely on flexible hours.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience reviewing media is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
