Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media fully remotely, on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and describe what looked or sounded off in writing.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, using Outlier's evaluation loop. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with weekly payouts and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
