Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, up to $15 per hour, plus incentives. Access to leading LLMs is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to articulate observations clearly.
• Preference for candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, and misaligned audio.
• Writing explanations in English pinpointing what you saw or heard.
