Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all from home on a flexible schedule.

Earn up to $15 per hour for completing tasks, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Remote work allows you to travel while contributing to frontier AI research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
